Gourmet Bag 2.0, an initiative to prevent the waste of food

We are proud to take part in Gourmet Bag 2.0 campaign, an initiative that aims to prevent the waste of food. EiTB TV channel chose our restaurant to present this project, which will try to avoid the waste of 123.000 tonnes of food in our region every year.
We have always encouraged our customers to take home the left over foods, and now, thanks to this campaign, we can offer them ecological and biodegradable packaging.
A total of 25 bars and restaurants from our region have joined the initiative. So, next time you visit us, don’t forget you can take leftover food home!
