Do you want to take part in a unique gastronomic experience?

We offer you the opportunity to enjoy an unforgettable gastronomic experience, a unique way to experience Basque gastronomy, inspired in our traditional gastronomic clubs. We have set three dates (18th, 19th and 20th April) to organize a dinner with a chef, an exclusive event where we will be able to see the cook preparing the dishes we will later enjoy. Magically, the barrier between the kitchen and dining room will disappear and the participants will be carried to a space in-between, next to the stove but enjoying the coziness of a restaurant.  
 
The evening will begin with a good glass of wine and some appetizers, while our chef, recognized cook Bendur Elizondo, starts working. The passion he uses in his dishes will create a very special atmosphere, warm and intimate, that will enable open and sincere dialogue, as it should be around a table. 
 
We will only use seasonal products to create a different menu for each day. The wine will be excellent, choosing the right type of wine for each food.
